Introduction The Projects Team, within Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team (PMST), maintains the Parliamentary Estate (Commons and Lords) buildings, engineering systems and furnishings to ensure a fully functioning, safe working environment for the many thousands of people for who work in and visit Parliament and ensure the buildings are equipped for the demands of the 21st century. The Role Assistant Project Leaders are responsible for supporting the delivery of projects valued between £50,000 and £2 million, escalating issues, queries or concerns to their line manager.
