Introduction The Parliamentary Maintenance Services Team (PMST) remit includes the buildings, engineering systems and furnishings to ensure a fully functioning, safe working environment equipped for the demands of the 21st century. We support both the Houses of Commons and Lords to carry out their work in a clean, comfortable, safe and efficient environment. The projects team are an integral part of PMST and provide a flexible service to a variety of internal customers. We have a broad remit from asset replacement and fabric preservation to small projects which add value across the estate.
