We are looking for leads in the following specialties:CardiologyENTGastroHaematologyOMFOphthalmologyPlasticsRadiologyRespiratoryUrologyYou do not need to be involved on a day to day basis, but will be used in more of an advisory role as and when needed:Name and GMC number for tenders, paperwork etcAddress concerns of day to day running, how to improve service, productivity etcAnalyse data to target areas of improvementAddress clinical complaints with the Medics Pro LeadPoint of contact for clinical staffPotential advice on CV reviewing and approvalBe part of quarterly clinician reviews with Medics Pro LeadYou can be as involved as much or little as you want with the clinical duties.In order to apply you must be:An NHS Consultant with specialist registration / CCTMinimum 5 years substantively employed in the NHS, ideally NHS trainedProven track record of service improvement and leadership projects.Seniority level
