Transition Project Manager
to lead and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives across technology, services, and organisational change. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in managing complex programmes within corporate, fast-paced environments and driving measurable outcomes through innovation and stakeholder collaboration.The successful Project Manager must be able to
demonstrate prior experience of moving Technology Services to an internal centralized function . This will be more focussed on the personal element of the transition as opposed to the technology.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of transition projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.Manage multiple, concurrent projects involving service transitions, technology change, or business process reengineering.Drive IT change and technology adoption programmes, ensuring successful integration and user engagement.Oversee transitions of technology services to an internal centralized function , ensuring smooth handover and operational stability.Develop and maintain robust project plans, risk logs, and communication strategies.Engage with senior stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams, and end users to drive collaboration and ensure project success.Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across change initiatives.Provide clear and compelling updates to stakeholders through well-crafted written, visual, and verbal communications.Skills and Experience:Experience leading and delivering transition projects, ideally in regulated or complex environments.Proven ability to manage the transition of services to third-party suppliers.Strong experience in
IT change management
and/or
technology adoption
projects.Demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams or projects in parallel.Confident working in corporate settings, managing diverse stakeholder groups.Exceptional
project management, planning , and
organisational
skills.Comfortable in fast-paced settings with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.Excellent
written, verbal , and
presentation
