Lead and mentor a team of 3 CRM specialists.Act as the strategic lead across multiple ecommerce client accounts.Develop and optimise lifecycle marketing strategies within Klaviyo.Own CRM performance metrics and client reporting.Partner with internal creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.Requirements

Strong background in CRM strategy with hands-on Klaviyo expertise.Ecommerce and Shopify experience is a must.Proven leadership experience (managing at least one direct report).Previous agency experience or time spent in a high-growth D2C brand.Confident balancing client strategy with team leadership.Salary up to £60,000Hybrid setup: 3 days a week in their new Hackney office.People-first, social culture with regular team events.Job Details
