SEN Tutor Salary: 155 - 185 per day (Depending on Experience) Contract: Full-time permanent Location: Hounslow About the RoleA specialist Section Post-16 provision in Hounslow is seeking an experienced and motivated SEN Tutor to support young people aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and learning disabilities.You will deliver small group, differentiated teaching across employability pathways, Functional Skills (English and Maths) and PSHE, helping learners build confidence, independence and nationally recognised qualifications.This role is ideal for an SEN Teacher, SEND Tutor, Functional Skills Tutor or Post-16 Lecturer passionate about inclusive education.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned to national standardsEmbed English, Maths and British Values into teachingAssess learners using RARPA and maintain individual learning plansMonitor progress and attend learner reviewsSupport safeguarding, behaviour management and health and safety complianceCandidate RequirementsEssential:Experience teaching or tutoring learners with SEN / SEND / Learning DisabilitiesLevel 3 Maths and English, PGCE or Degree in Education.
