- Location: Thurrock (Reception age) - Position: SEN Tutor - Hours: Approx. 10-40 Hours/week - Rate: 30.00 - 35.00 p/hr - Contract: Ongoing We are a supportive and inclusive educational organization dedicated to providing high-quality tutoring and learning support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Our goal is to ensure that every student, regardless of their challenges, has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Tutor to join and support SEN students in a variety of settings across Thurrock. The students will need 10-15 hours per week each, ideally during school hours. Role Overview: As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students with SEN, offering tailored, one-to-one or small group support. You will create and implement tailored learning plans, using a range of teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of students. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils and helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. The students may have a Wide range of SEN, such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyscalculia, Dyslexia, SEMH needs, such as Emotional based school avoider, mental health needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalized tutoring to students with SEN To assess learners needs and plan and implement tailored and structured programs of learning in line with young persons EHCP outcomes Make sure
