Accounts Assistant - this £10m international agency in the Media, Online, Publishing and Fashion sectors is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Financial Controller. Based 5 days in the heart of London''s West End, this Accounts Assistant role (Sales Ledger and Expenses) will support the Financial Controller and include: Raising sales invoices in GBP, EUR and USD Liaising with customers regarding sales invoice queries Analysis of agents'' rechargeable expenses Occasional credit control, chasing customers by email Administration of bank accounts and online payment runs Overall sales ledger / accounts receivable responsibilities This is an excellent Accounts Assistant role for an experienced accounts candidate with strong Excel and sales ledger / accounts receivable skills. The role is 5 days in the West End office in London in a lively media agency environment.
