**Pay:** -95 - -110 per day (dependent on experience)

Your role will include:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to each pupil''s needs
* Helping to create a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting communication development, routines, and social interaction
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

* Has experience supporting children or young people with ASD or social communication needs
* Is patient, empathetic, and proactive in their approach
* Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
