Key Responsibilities: Product and Service Development Working closely with the CTO and Group Forum to understand demand for new/updated propositions and be the lead design resource for the development lifecyle. Leading and delivering solution and service design activities for new products and services within the Modern Workplace Practice. Customer andamp; market Engagement Acting as a trusted technical advisor, whilst maintaining strong industry expertise and alignment across Modern Workplace industries to understand current and incoming regulatory, competition or market pressures that will inform the Modern Workplace Practice strategy and existing customer requirements. Conducting briefings, presentations, workshops to educate customers on technology trends and best practices. Gathering customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Sales andamp; Business Development Support Collaborating with sales teams and support pre-sales activities. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Technology Leadership andamp; Strategy Building and developing relationship with key partners, vendors and industry influencers.
