Front Office Manager , you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the front office operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will inspire, mentor, and guide your team to deliver consistently exceptional, personalised service that reflects our commitment to warm hospitality.Working closely with other departments, you will ensure smooth daily operations, proactively address guest needs, and create an environment of teamwork and collaboration. Your leadership will play a key role in shaping positive guest interactions and building lasting impressions. Suitable candidate from 4* Deluxe or a similar environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and develop the front office team to deliver outstanding service.Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hotel standards.Handle guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational coordination.Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.Monitor and manage front office budgets and financial targets.Drive upselling and sales initiatives to maximise revenue opportunities.Implement guest-centred solutions to meet evolving business needs and challenges.To ensure the teams ability to balance operational excellence with genuine care will ensure every guest leaves with a lasting, positive impression.Maintain clear, professional communication with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.Skills Requirements:Proven experience in front office operations, with a strong leadership role within hospitality.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Passionate about team development abilities.Ability to respond confidently and efficiently to guest needs or service issues.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.Knowledge of the PMS system OPERA Cloud software is preferred.In return, we offer:An opportunity to be part of a prestigious new hotel opening in Londons thriving Canary Wharf district.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development and training opportunities.Meals on dutyEyecare voucherAuto-enrolment pensionA bit about usDorsett Canary Wharf will have 231 guestrooms.
