My client is an established engineering manufacturing firm based in Redditch, commutable from Solihull, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Studley, and Henley-in-Arden. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join their growing team.

The Role: CNC Milling Operator

• Operate CNC 3/4-axis Milling Machines
• Load and unload components
• Run existing programs on Fanuc-based controls
• Monitor machine operations and ensure parts meet quality standards
• Use measuring equipment to check dimensions against engineering drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including swarf removal and routine machine cleaning
• Follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures
  
  

• Proven experience operating CNC 3/4-axis Milling Machines
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience in precision engineering and working to tight tolerances desirable
• Previous work in the Aerospace or Automotive industry advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
  
  

• Starting rate up to £14.50 per hour – negotiable dependent on experience
• Choice of shift (you can choose either days, afternoons or nights) Mon–Fri – Flexible Shift Pattern
