This is an exciting opportunity to work in a kitchen known for its exceptional standards, seasonal menus, and focus on grill and wood fire cooking.ABOUT THE ROLE:As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead a talented brigade, ensuring the consistent delivery of bold, flavour-driven dishes that celebrate open-fire techniques and quality produce.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee the grill and wood-fired cooking section- Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene- Train, develop, and inspire junior team members- Contribute to menu development and daily specials- Ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periodsREQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end or Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant- Strong skills and passion for grill and wood fire cooking- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Calm, organised, and committed to high standards under pressure- Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to grow within a celebrated London restaurant that values creativity, seasonality, and fire-led cooking.INDLP
