About the role: To carry out activities to encourage the development of the Companions, recording and reviewing progress with the Residents Assistant House Co-ordinator or House Co-ordinator (depending on the house) / Registered Manager so that the Residents can fulfil their potential for independence. To implement support and care plans by providing either one to one support or shared support and care for supported individuals offering a range of services e.g. Relationship and Emotional Support, Cooking, Cleaning - which all help promote independence, self-confidence and a positive self-image About you: A warm, person centred approach and ability to positively engage with people with diverse learning abilities.
