Role Description This is a temporary, on-site role located in Dorset for a Family Support Worker. The Family Support Worker will be responsible for providing direct support to families and young people, assisting with case management, and working closely with children. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with social workers, offering consistent communication with families, and ensuring that each individual''s needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Qualifications Experience in Social Work and Family Services Skills in Case Management and Working with Children Strong Communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Relevant certifications in Social Work or Family Services are a plus Experience in crisis intervention is beneficial Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
