We are working with a leading international architectural studio, recognised for delivering award-winning projects across the globe. They are seeking a

Project Accountant

to join their London team. This role supports project teams, office leadership, and corporate functions to ensure robust financial performance and operational efficiency.Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home).Responsibilities

Partner with Project Managers and office leadership to track project financial performance, including reviewing work plans, budgets, and staffing plans for fee alignment.Provide project financial training to teams where required.Time and expense reportingClient invoicing and collectionsAccounts receivable and accounts payableJournal entries and reconciliationsConduct reporting and analysis of monthly financial and operational metrics.Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support executive decision-making.Support the preparation of annual operational budgets and variance analysis.Liaise with the firm-wide corporate accounting group to meet reporting requirements.Maintain open communication with other global offices on projects coordinated across multiple studios.Qualifications

Fluent in French

(required).Must have Deltek experience.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management.Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on working style.Previous experience working with international offices is an advantage.Technical Skills
