Morson Talent is seeking an experienced HR professional on behalf of our client to support a broad range of generalist HR responsibilities, while ensuring recruitment processes run efficiently and effectively. This is a full time permanent position based in Oldham. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers, offering practical advice and guidance on employee relations matters such as disciplinary issues, performance management, and absence handling. Draft, review, and maintain HR policies to ensure they reflect current employment legislation and best practice. Provide clear and consistent advice to managers and employees on HR procedures, company policies, and employment law. Carry out daily administrative and operational HR tasks to support the wider team. Assist with all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process, helping to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. Monitor, track, and report on employee absences, supplying accurate data to support payroll processing. Utilise the ADP HR system to input, manage, and extract HR data and reports.
