Foster a positive atmosphere by maintaining a friendly, calm and courteous demeanour whilst working in a fast paced environment.'' Manage waitlists during peak times and manage expectations by keeping guests informed of wait times.'' Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.About you, our new Host at The Pelican:'' Previous experience as a Host or similar role within hospitality.''
