GBR Customer Experience Advisor | Retail and Business Banking | S1 | Croydon Gs role at Santander UK. We are recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting salary of £28,341 per annum (base £26,161, plus £500 flexible benefit and up to £1,680 discretionary performance related).As part of the Santander team, you’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, acting as a listener and problem solver. You may assist with simple cash transactions, technology in the banking hall, phone servicing, and fraud protection—handling a variety of challenges in a dynamic branch environment.Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phoneAssist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicingAnswer customer calls into our contact centreBuild relationships and find solutions for customersDevelop knowledge of services and products to help customersIdentify new ways to improve the customer experienceWhat you’ll bring (Qualifications)
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from face-to-face or telephony experienceAbility to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needsDesirable / Nice to have

Full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours per week across Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pmBased in the Croydon branchInclusion and rewards
