Events Coordinator (Contract)

You’ll ensure ROLI’s presence at CES and NAMM is seamless and impactful by managing all aspects of event planning, supplier coordination, timelines, and onsite execution. You will work closely with the Commercial Director (DRI) to deliver a flawless exhibition experience.Your Responsibilities
You plan and coordinate all event logistics, including stand build, supplier management, shipping, and onsite setup.You build and manage timelines, budgets, and supplier contracts to keep projects on track.You oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and partners.You coordinate schedules for product demos, meetings, and presentations.You provide onsite support during CES and NAMM, ensuring smooth operations from setup to breakdown.You work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to align on brand experience.Who We’re Looking For
You have 5+ years of experience in event coordination or event project management.You have proven experience organising large international exhibitions, ideally CES and NAMM.You have strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and partners.You are flexible, proactive, and able to travel internationally (US, UK).You are preferably based in London, but you could also be based on the US West Coast.Your Impact
