OverviewReference: 5138Our Information and Library Services Directorate delivers IT services and support, library, academic and digital skills and learning enhancement to staff and students across the university. We are seeking an outstanding individual with an exceptional customer service approach to join the Digital Service Delivery team as an IT Support Analyst. The post holder will be responsible for providing frontline IT and AV support services to all university staff, students, and partners. The role is based at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, with a rotation to Avery Hill campus.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline IT and AV support services to all university staff, students, and partners.

Deliver excellent customer service and assist a wide range of users in a fast-paced environment.

Respond to technical queries and issues and resolve these problems in a timely manner.

Support end users in resolving IT technical issues across face-to-face, phone, email, or live chat channels.

Location and Working ArrangementsThe post will be based at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, with a rotation to the Avery Hill campus on a regular basis.
