Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator-required to join a global engineering manufacturer based near Bristol.

The successful-Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator will be supporting the engineering service team by liaising with customers about products and deliveries, processing orders and maintaining records using a powerful CRM system. Full product training provided.

The Administrator / Service Administrator / Office Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills, excellent communication and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

• Process orders via phone and email
• Prepare and manage service and remedial quotes
• Send, track, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses
• Generate job sheets and hand them over to the coordinator upon PO receipt
• Liaise with various engineering departments
• Office-based in Yate, Bristol

• Experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or a similar role
• Proficiency in using a CRM system, SAP, or similar software
• Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an administartor role - engineering or manufacturing environment advantageous
• Must be able to commute to Yate daily.
