Fund raising Administrator - Initially temporary with potential to go permanent- 4 months- Cardiff - Immediate Start
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is Yolk Recruitment are working with an established charity to help recruit a Fund raising Administrator to join their growing team. This is a charity that makes a real difference and they are seeking a confident personality who endeavours to make every interaction count.
- Be the initial point of contact when people come to the office.
- Provide accommodation tours for families and provide support, where required, with families accommodation check-in and check-out procedure or general enquiries.
- Help with other fund raising administration tasks, as and when required
- Answer telephone, email, in person and social media queries in a timely and compassionate manner, conveying accurate information and guidance on topics such as fund raising regulations and financial procedures.
- Process and record DBS applications for ambassadors, volunteers and, where relevant, suppliers e.g. ward entertainers
What you will need as a Fund Raising Administrator
- A positive personality
- Good system and Microsoft Office knowledge
- An ability to work on your own initiative
- Good and positive communication
- A charity background
What you will get in return as the Fund raising Administrator
- -14.31 per hour
- 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday
- A Cardiff based office
