Reporting to EMEA Senior HR Director, this HRBP position acts as a strategic business partner to Haddenham Plant Director and his cross-functional leadership team in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support and enable the organization''s short and long-term objectives in terms of site performance and employee engagement. This position operates in a very dynamic and evolving environment and faces many exciting challenges in terms of setting performance standards and developing a high-performance culture.
