Financial Planning and Reporting Manager – 5 days a week on site, based in Blackfriars, London. Salary up to £65,000 (based on experience). We''re looking for a commercially minded Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to join a busy, fast-growing sales-led organisation.What you''ll be doing

Leading the business planning and forecasting processesPreparing monthly management reports with clear, actionable insightsSupporting annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, KPI tracking, and metrics reportingDelivering analysis on new business trends, discounting, retention, cancellations, and client base changesWorking alongside the leadership team on presentations and strategic discussionsBusiness partnering with sales and finance teams to improve commercial performanceManaging a small team of analysts and sales accountantsWhat we''re looking for
