The Role The Head of Partnerships and Development will lead the organisation''s work in partnership building, consortia development, fundraising, volunteering, and infrastructure support across Ealing and Hounslow. This strategic role will oversee the Volunteer Centre, manage the organisation''s infrastructure support services, and coordinate the delivery of the Voice Networks. The postholder will lead collaborative fundraising and sponsorship initiatives and will line manage the Volunteer Manager and the Funding and Group Development Manager to ensure joined-up delivery across volunteering, capacity building, and community development.
