As the Head of Drama, you will have: A degree in Drama UK QTS PGCE Proven record of outstanding results. Experience of curriculum development and subject leadership. Experience of quality assurance and of leading and managing a team. Outstanding skills as a classroom teacher and as a tutor. An excellent record of developmental work in current role.
