A well-established housing organisation are looking for a Scheme Manager to manage Scheme in Worcester. This role is overseeing a scheme for retirement living. You will be helping to ensure the residents receive the best service, whilst ensuring building safety and compliance.Position details

Ensuring excellent housing management servicesProviding great customer serviceAssisting with welfare benefits checks, rent and payment queries etcResponsible for void sign ups within the scheme, ensuring all vacant properties are allocated within set time framesHelping to maximise tenants independenceCompleting regular compliance checks including health and safety, building safety in line with regulatory requirementsMaintaining positive relationships with our customersRequirements / What the ideal candidate will have

Previous experience in a similar roleExperience carrying out safety checks, risk assessmentsGood customer service skillsThe ability to engage with internal and external stakeholdersEstate Officer, Estate management, Retirement Living experience would be beneficialHow to apply
