We re looking for a proactive and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team and support customers with complex needs to maintain stable housing and improve their well-being. This opportunity will involve working at our extra care housing scheme for older people in Banbury to provide intensive housing management and support to our customers. What you ll be doing: Welcome new residents and help them settle in so they can live independently. Provide personalised support, including creating tailored plans based on each resident s needs. Manage tenancies, such as keeping track of rent, handling empty properties, and arranging new lettings. Support resident wellbeing by encouraging involvement in activities and the wider community. Oversee budgets and help identify what services are needed. Deal with housing issues, including rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, and repairs.
