We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to provide short-term cover within a busy and supportive nursery setting. This temporary assignment runs for 5 days (Monday to Friday), and you ll be working alongside a Kitchen Assistant to deliver nutritious, balanced meals for children. Assignment Details: Short-term temporary role Monday 17th Friday 21st November 2025 8:30am 5:00pm daily Key Requirements: Enhanced DBS (in place or in process) essential Previous experience working in a nursery or care home kitchen environment Up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate and relevant chef/cook qualifications Confident in planning, preparing, and serving healthy meals suitable for young children Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety If you re an experienced chef looking for a rewarding short-term opportunity in a caring environment, we d love to hear from you.
