Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who require tailored emotional, behavioural, and academic supportAdapting classroom materials and strategies to ensure learning is accessible and engagingSupporting regulation strategies, sensory needs, and transitions throughout the dayCollaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track progress and adapt support plansChampioning inclusion and creating safe, predictable routinesWhat we’re looking for
