Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant eager to support children''s learning and development?Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Oldbury, to recruit a General Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, contributing to the academic and personal growth of young learners.

About the Role:Provide classroom support across various subjects and key stagesWork one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who may need additional supportSupport children''s emotional well-being and social developmentContribute to a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:Have previous experience supporting children in a primary school settingBe confident and adaptable working across year groupsHave a caring, patient, and nurturing approachBe a reliable team player with excellent communication skills

Essential Requirements:Right to Work in the UKA Level 2 Qualification in Teaching and Learning, or equivalentExperience working with children in a school or early years settingA valid Enhanced Child Barred List DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Two recent, child-related professional references (covering the last two years)
