Adecco are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to join our client, who are a leader in there industry. This role involves performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant. You will be responsible for planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance activities, using a Computerised Maintenance Management System to log and manage tasks.This is a day shift role, working Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities:Carry out maintenance and operational tasks safely and efficiently, following all Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CMMSRespond promptly to reactive and emergency maintenance issues to minimise downtimeSupport the implementation of a safety-first culture, including active participation in safety initiatives and reporting unsafe conditionsMaintain high standards of housekeeping and follow site-specific guidelines Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performing, knowledge-sharing environmentAssist with capital project integration and provide cover during holidays or peak maintenance periodsEssential Skills and Experience:Experience in a similar maintenance roleExperience with plant operations and maintenance tasksFamiliarity with relevant equipment and instrumentationFor electrical bias: experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and fault find
