Deliver a range of projects that bring business and technological change within the Cyber Security Programme.Manage projects end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery.Provide support and coaching to Business Analysts.Collaborate proactively with colleagues to ensure requirements are gathered, risks are managed, inputs are aligned, and timely updates are provided.Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve problems, and deliver innovative solutions.Successfully deliver Business requirements and readiness work streams including: Requirements gathering, Stakeholder management, Business readiness assessments, Process mapping (As-Is and To-Be), and Communication and training plans.Build relationships with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and engage constructively.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive discussions.Gather and analyze large datasets for decision making (MS Excel / Power BI).Implement and track Cyber Security metrics, tools, and reporting processes.Required Skills

Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects using different methodologies.Strong Business Analysis and project delivery skills, including requirements gathering, business readiness, and process mapping.Experience in using Business Analysis tools (Jira, Miro, Visio).Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain highly organized, focused, and delivery-driven.Comfortable with MS Excel / Power BI for data analysis and decision making.Exposure/experience in Cyber Security Risks, Tools, and Processes.Experience in implementing Cyber Security Metrics and Reporting.Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
