What You’ll Need:

• A calm, consistent, and proactive approach to support

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Confidence supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning

• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Previous school or youth-focused experience is desirable

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and daily routines

• Running small group interventions in maths, reading, and wider curriculum areas

• Providing targeted support for pupils needing additional guidance or confidence boosts

• Encouraging engagement through discussion, visual resources, and practical activities

• Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time depending on your availability
