Customer Service Manager
Our superb client based in Bourne is seeking an experience Customer Service Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 35 hours per week Monday Friday between the hours of 8.30am 6.00pm on a rota basis, every other Saturday with a day off in lieu the following week and 2 bank holidays per year. As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a small customer service team, being involved in coaching and mentoring, development and training, setting KPI s for your team. acting as an escalation point for complex queries or complaints, recruitment with the team, assisting in the delivery of a top class customer service experience for internal and external contacts. To be considered for the role of Customer Service Manager, you will have previous experience of managing / supervising a small customer service team, experience of growing and developing a team, strong written and verbal communication skills, intermediate level Excel for reporting purposes, excellent time management skills and will be highly organised.
