Based at our Capenhurst site you ll accountable for Urenco s project delivery capabilities across the capital portfolio. You will create, implement and guide junior members of the project management team in developing project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for medium to large sized projects of moderate or greater complexity. The position covers the full project lifecycle from project set up, initiation, through Implementation and closure, ensuring business benefits are realized and delivered What you ll do: • Have overall responsibility for the delivery of Projects to meet safety, scope, cost, schedule and Business benefits objectives • Communicate strategy, objectives and benefits to business unit and group whilst implementing the operational strategy to achieve maximum business benefit. • Develop a high-performance team, fostering and enhancing owner relationships with subcontractors and vendors. • Ensure Urenco s commercial position is protected through the application of industry best practice in contracting strategies, supplier selection, procurement, contract negotiation and contract management. What do you need to thrive in this role? • Extensive experience being fully accountable and actively leading
