Your new roleAs an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert Employee Relations advice, supporting managers in handling complex cases, and ensuring best practices across the business. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a trusted partner, guiding line managers through key HR processes such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, and performance improvement.
