Job Title: Sales Account Administrator

Location: Maidstone, Head Office (Permanent, On-Site)

Salary: -25,000 - -30,000 depending on experience.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Account Administrator to join our team at head office. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the sales team and playing a key role in account management, customer service, and local business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
• Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices in a timely manner
• Coordinate internal communications between departments to support client needs
• Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a high standard of service
• Identify and reach out to new potential local business prospects
• Make outbound calls to introduce RGVA and generate new business opportunities
• Attend occasional customer visits when prospecting for local business
• Support the team in preparing for and attending trade shows and industry events
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Confident making outbound calls and speaking with potential customers
• Willing and able to visit local prospects occasionally as part of lead generation
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to attend trade shows and events as required
• Someone with a full UK driving licence
