Role ResponsibilitiesYou will plan, manage, supervise and periodically evaluate the full suite of services delivered by a team of specialist labour-only subcontractors and employees across UK commercial and residential property in London and the wider UK.

About You
Must have experience with exterior fabrics of buildings
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Able to work under deadline pressure
Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to engage with senior clients
Effective at managing-upwards to board-level
Strong problem-solving skills with proactive solution proposals when uncertainty exists
Self-starting, able to use own initiative
Flexible approach to working hours
Ability to work with a variety of personality types and manage conflict
Comfortable with change and able to challenge the status quo
Experience of valuing works for internal accounting purposes
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Adept at office tasks including managing files and records, designing forms, etc.
