Talent Acquisition Partner Technology****London / Hybrid****The Talent Acquisition Team**You will join a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals who are dedicated to attracting and hiring top talent that drives the success of our organisation. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across all business areas depending on the needs of the business. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to identify future talent needs and provide strategic insights to support workforce planning.Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, leveraging market insights, data fluency, and influencing skills to shape hiring strategies. Your role will require strong collaboration, accurate data management, and exceptional communication skills.**Partner with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.+ Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with future talent needs.+ Proactively source and engage talent using direct sourcing methods, events, and professional communities.+ Create and maintain talent pools to ensure a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates.+ Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.+ Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of all hiring processes.+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing to interviewing and offer management.+ Deliver accurate and timely data reporting to support decision-making and track recruitment performance.+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the recruitment process.**Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally within a fast-paced environment.+ Demonstrable experience in managing recruitment across multiple business areas.+ Expertise in direct sourcing, talent pooling, and market mapping.+ Data fluency, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.+ A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.+ Telephone Interview
