The ideal candidate will have a background or knowledge in site engineering and a strong understanding of groundworks and civil engineering within the new build housing sector.Key Responsibilities: Overseeing day to day site operations on a busy new build housing site Managing plot works and supervising subcontractors and site labour Handling site paperwork including:QA documentation Permits Timesheets Take offs Ensuring health and safety compliance on site Liaising with the client, engineers, and project team Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site organisation Requirements: Proven experience as a Groundworks Site Manager Site Engineering background or knowledge (preferred) CSCS card SMSTS First Aid Strong leadership and communication skills Self motivated with the ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour efficiently To Apply:Please send your CV and a member of the team will be in touch.
