OverviewA leading Real Estate Asset Manager is looking to hire into their Fund Accounting team to take ownership of some smaller funds and support a senior member of the team on a large complex fund. The role has breadth of responsibility and will involve overseeing and reviewing the work produced by external administrators and collating and presenting to the Board / senior management on the performance of the fund. The business offers hybrid working, great training and development and a culture that encourages internal mobility and progression in the team.

They are open on background for the relevant candidate but the individual must have relevant Real Estate Investment sector experience. They will consider applicants from Audit, from other Real Estate Investment Managers, or from fund administration.

Responsibilities

Review of the following key deliverables: Statutory reporting, Investor reporting, Board papers, NAV calculations and Tax requirements

Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met; someone highly organized and diligent is required for this position

Present information to the Boards and other Committees

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Other ad-hoc projects

Qualifications / Experience

Relevant Real Estate Investment sector experience

Background in Audit, from other Real Estate Investment Managers, or from fund administration is considered
