As the team continues to grow, you''ll take on a key role in managing fund operations for an international fund and oversee fund finance, performance analytics, and portfolio valuations across multiple jurisdictions. As part of a collaborative team, you''ll work closely with senior leadership, support the investment team on deals, and engage with external partners to strengthen controls and drive process improvements.What the job involvesOversight and review of fund financial statements prepared by external partiesCoordination of fund valuation and audit proceduresOversight of fund model and liquidity managementProduction and review of fund performance reportsAssisting management with the rollout of new systems within fund finance and portfolio managementIdentifying and recommending process enhancements across fund operations and portfolio analyticsAssisting the broader finance team with transaction execution and deal-related activitiesSupporting portfolio monitoring efforts and liaising with portfolio companies to gather data and analyticsProviding ad-hoc support to the wider business as neededWho we are looking forQualified accountantBackground in fund finance within the private markets sectorExperience in private equity portfolio valuations control and processesStrong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detailStrong understanding of MS Office and accounting or portfolio systemsAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, team-oriented, and problem-solving mindsetYou will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.Seniority level
