OverviewCommercial Broker / Underwriter - Leeds City Centre

This is an excellent opportunity with a quality insurance brokerage based in Leeds City Centre, a short walk from the station and located in a modern and appealing office, although they are currently working on a flexible basis due to Covid.

Responsibilities

Work within a small team on existing client relationships, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.

Speak to clients and insurers on a daily basis and support a team of account executives based throughout the UK.

Provide broking support and underwriting support using delegated underwriting authority on certain commercial insurance schemes, with full training provided.

Qualifications and Skills

At least 12 months of commercial insurance experience from a broking or underwriting environment.

Professional and client-focused with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial; CII studies will be fully supported.
