Your new role As a Teaching Assistant your main role will be to provide support and guidance to pupils to ensure they are able to fully access the curriculum and enjoy their education. The role is to support children in their learning and behavioural needs, and you will play a massive part in their development and success. You will support the teacher with the delivery of lessons, both inside and outside the classroom, whilst also supporting the pupil''s wellbeing.
