SUMMARYThe Senior Analyst, Operations-Business Applications is an experienced collaborator who will play a pivotal role in implementation and ongoing support of Welltower’s Yardi Platform. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work cross-functionally to streamline system workflows and improve operational efficiencies. The Senior Analyst, Operations-Business Applications will be required to work within a high demand, performance driven environment that focuses on implementing scalable solutions that are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectivesWork closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums for operations teams, ensuring they are proficient in Yardi system useConducts routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with Welltower’s segregation of duties and audit complianceCollaborates with internal support teams to resolve challengesOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to provide a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this role.
