BOOKKEEPER (Xero Experience Essential) Location: Warwickshire Employment Type: Part Time 2 days home working, 1 day on site Rate: £25.00 per hour About Us Henry s Car Barn provides premium vehicle storage and management services for discerning clientele, including private collectors and automotive related brands, As we continue to expand, we re looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with strong Xero experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly Prepare and maintain financial reports and records Responsible for creating VAT submissions and payroll Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Liaise with accountants and management to ensure data accuracy Skills and Experience Proven bookkeeping experience Proficiency in Xero (certification highly desirable) Strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator and team player What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment Flexible working hours
