Our client is in Northampton, and is part of the Accounting, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and Payroll Services Industry. They are looking for a part-time experienced bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have practice experience. Processing of all sales and purchases Processing all bank and credit card transactions clients and matching them to sales and purchase entries where appropriate Bank reconciliations Reviewing sales and purchase ledgers to ensure the entries are complete and accurate Completion of VAT returns Liaising with clients to chase for any missing information Notifying clients of VAT liabilities and submission of the VAT return Providing holiday cover for weekly and monthly payrolls The above will be performed for multiple clients and will involve a variety of software. Monday to Friday 20 hours a week flexible with the days and times
