We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a busy pick and pack operation in the Medway Towns, on a temporary basis. The role may become permanent for the successful applicant after a qualifying period. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervising day-to-day pick and pack operations with a hands-on approachManaging goods-in, stock checks, and assembly workSupporting and motivating a warehouse team to meet daily targetsWorking closely with other supervisors to ensure smooth handoversMaintaining accurate records using Microsoft Word and ExcelSupervising a team of up to fifteenRequirements:Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory roleStrong communication and leadership skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to motivate othersReliable with a strong attendance recordAble to work effectively as part of a supervisory teamWorking Hours:10:00am - 6:00pm30-minute paid break (7.5 paid hours per day)If you''re an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next challenge, please apply today!
